Where are you based?

We have training premises in Upminster, in the London Borough of Havering but also travel to clients nationwide to deliver training.

Are your courses officially recognised by HSE and Ofsted?

Yes, absolutely.  Our training follows the content set out by the Health & Safety Executive and the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB).  All our certificates are adequate proof of training and provision during an Ofsted inspection.

How long do your certificates last?

Three years from the course date.

Do I need a First Aid at Work (3 day course) trained person in my business?

Yes, you should have at least one FAW trained person on the premises at all times.

Do you offer bespoke training?

Mental Health examples include: Positive Self-Care,  Common Conditions, Mental Health - Smashing the Stigma,  Stress Awareness, Complex Mental Health.  Mental Health for Children, Mental Health examples include: Positive Self-Care,  Common Conditions, Mental Health - Smashing the Stigma,  Stress Awareness, Complex Mental Health.  Mental Health for Children, Supporting Your Child in Transition (Early Years, Year 6, Year 11 and Year 13)
